Our outdoor wedding venue emulates everything you love about the desert and greater Palm Springs. With flexible booking options, you can choose the type of reservation best suited for your needs: choose from single day use of the property, a weekend celebration, or a week of wedding vacation bliss! The property is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including comfortable overnight accommodations in our private estate for 20 guests. What We Offer
Wedding & Reception Venue
We offer flexible rental options so you can choose the duration of your stay best suited to your needs. Choose between a standard single day rental for your ceremony and reception, or book a weekend (or week) for an extended stay and even bigger celebration!
The 4,500 sq. ft. custom home is as comfortable as it is luxurious! It’s fully equipped with everything you may need and extra spacious with overnight accommodations for 20 guests. Check out our Bridal Suite options in the Master Suite or Guest Room #1!
We provide the backdrop for the outdoor wedding of your dreams, complete with manicured lawns, palm trees, a giant restore-style pool with cascading waterfalls, a 2,500 sq. ft. covered patio, outdoor kitchen/bar area, outdoor living room with a fireplace, and more.
You get freedom to bring in your own wedding vendors and coordinators, ensuring your big day aligns with your vision. And if you need any assistance finding local vendors, we’re more than happy to recommend some to help make your day relaxing and enjoyable.

What rental options are available for weddings?
We currently offer Day and Weekend rentals for weddings and special events.
Day rental: Single day rentals are only available mid-week Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. We do not currently offer any single day rentals on Monday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday as these days are reserved for weekend rentals only.
Weekend rental: Weekend rentals are for 3 nights. Weekend rental dates are flexible such as Thursday through Sunday or Friday through Monday. Holiday weekends are subject to additional fees.
What’s included in the rental fee (and what isn’t)?
Day rental: Use of the exterior grounds and outdoor furniture including a moveable wooden arch for the ceremony, three farmhouse tables, 24 matching black metal chairs, 7 heaters, and the large built-in bar with sink, kegerator, etc. Use of the kitchen for staff and serving, one powder room, and one guest room for the bride to change in. Also includes use of the carport for caterers /outdoor kitchen and rear yard for parking.
Weekend rental: All of the above plus use of the entire estate.
When can we set up for our event?
Day rental: Set up can begin at 8am. Rental items can be delivered the day before if there is not another event and someone from your team meets them. Items cannot be placed on the lawn until 8am.
Weekend rental: Setup can begin once you are on property.
Will the inside of the house be available to us?
Day rental: Access to the kitchen, one powder room, and one guest room for changing only.
Weekend rental: Yes
Can I use my own vendors?
Yes, you are free to use your own vendors as long as they are licensed and insured. We will be requiring all vendors to submit certificates of insurance prior to the event.
Can we use our own caterer?
Yes, as long as they are licensed and insured. The caterer must set up their own outdoor kitchen for events with more than 40 guests.
Do you have any vendors you recommend?
Yes, we have built positive relationships with many local and slightly distanced vendors who provide excellent service and are familiar with our property. Our Vendor Directory is available to guests with a confirmed reservation. It is accessible through our private Guest Resources page.
What is the capacity for guests?
What’s the parking situation?
There is parking onsite for up to 60 vehicles. Valet service is recommended as parking is on gravel/dirt.
What’s the plan for bad weather?
Indoor options are not available for events. If there is a chance of bad weather, the client is responsible for renting their own tent. Maximum tent size is (2) 60’x15’ tents on the patio or lawn.
Are there nearby accommodations for overnight guests?
There are more than a dozen options within 10 miles. Feel free to explore our Vendor Directory which includes a list of recommended hotels.
Can we have amplified music outdoors and, if so, when does it need to end?
The curfew for amplified music is 12am.
Can I host my rehearsal dinner on-site?
Are there restrooms on-site or do I need to bring them in?
There is a powder room with exterior access, but events with over 75 guests must rent a portable restroom.
